Room Rates:

Winter - $79-$150
Summer - $89-$175 (Memorial Weekend to Labor Day Weekend)
All rooms sleep two people. A roll away is available for use in any of the rooms if needed. Add $10.00 per night to the room rate for each additional person. Standard rates are for two people.

Check in anytime after 4:00 p.m.
Check out time is 12:00 noon

CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit: One full night's lodging is required to reserve your accommodations.
Cancellation: Full deposit refund if cancellation is made within seven days prior to arrival date. For cancellations made within seven of arrival date, deposit will be forfeited, unless room can be rented.

For the safety of all guests, the Serendipity House is a non-smoking facility. Please note there are no accommodations for pets inside the house.
